How do I care for my jewelry?

Each piece of Primadina jewelry is hand-crafted by our experienced artisans. We do not use any
jewelry molds, and each stone is selected to be most aesthetically pleasing. This insures the piece
you have selected is truly an original and one of a kind. Please use the appropriate care we have
provided to enjoy our jewelry for a long time.

On sterling silver and gold plated pieces it is common for the metal to darken or tarnish with
everyday wear. We recommend lightly wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth. It is
recommended to keep your jewelry in the pouch provided with your order. Proper storage helps
to prevent scratching of stones and metal. It is best to keep products away from extreme heat or
moisture. We recommend applying perfume or other sprayed substances before putting on your
jewelry. Jewelry should be removed prior to showering.

Because all of the stones we use are natural gemstones and pearls, they may vary in shape, size
and color. Inclusions seen in natural stones should be considered a part their beauty and individuality.
Pearls and most gemstones are too delicate for cleaning agents, polishing cloth or ultrasonic cleaners.
We recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth and storing your items in the
pouch they came in.

What is your repair policy?

We will attempt to repair any design purchased through primadina.com. Unfortunately, we may not
be able to repair some pieces if findings or stones needed to repair them are unavailable. Please
note that many pieces include rare stones which are hand selected and often times difficult to locate.
Kindly e-mail us at returns@primadina.com and be sure to specify “Repair” in the subject line.

Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item
was purchased.

Do you have a catalogue?

At the moment our printed catalog is available to wholesale buyers only. However, we are always
updating our website with our newest styles, designs, and creations! Should you have questions about
an item or need further information, please contact us at info@primadina.com

Can I return a gift?

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

Special Orders:

All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

What is the return policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Primadina will accept items for exchange or store credit.
All items must be returned in new and re-saleable condition within 10 business days from the delivery
date of your order. All returns require a Return Authorization Number. If you would like to make a return
please email for a return authorization us at: returns@primadina.com. Merchandise must be returned to
Primadina pre-paid and insured. We strongly advise that you insure your package in case of loss or
damage in transit. Unfortunately Primadina cannot issue merchandise credit if your package is lost or
damaged. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returned merchandise may be exchanged for
another item or for store credit, valid for up to six months. Exchanged items and special orders are final
sale and may not be exchanged or returned. Primadina can only accept returns for purchases from our online
store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer’s
individual store policy. Items must be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition. We cannot
accept COD deliveries.

How do I prepare my return?

To properly prepare your return, please take the following steps:

1. Your Return Authorization Number
Kindly e-mail us at returns@primadina.com and you will be given a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Write this number prominently on the box you are returning. Please make sure your name, invoice number,
and RA# is included on your return authorization form.

2. Package Your Return
Place all the original packaging in the box, including the Return Authorization Form.

3. Insure Your Package
We strongly advise that you insure your package in case of loss or damage in transit. Unfortunately
Primadina cannot issue merchandise credit if your package is lost or damaged.
